US Government Taps TKO for Town Hall Meeting Management

SAN JOSE (January 30, 2014) - TKO VideoConferencing, a division of Turn-Key Operations, Inc. (TKO), an expert in the field of video network management for video-based meetings and events, today announced it's latest project with the U.S. Government providing the technical management of a Town Hall Meeting for a U. S. Cabinet-level department that enabled the Executive Staff to discuss government standards for the current fiscal year with a national audience of over 3000 attendees.

"We are honored to be called on to serve the US government with a high degree of technical skill to provide live Internet Streaming and Video Conference technology for this Town Hall Meeting to thousands of audience members" said John Roensch, TKO's president and CEO. "In addition, TKO provided closed-captioning to meet the needs of hearing impaired audience members and Video-On-Demand archival for future viewing. The technical execution of this Town Hall meeting was flawless and enabled the meeting presenters to connect interactively with their distributed audience members."

This project was awarded to TKO through GSA Schedule 70. TKO was awarded a GSA contract in January, 2010 to provide Video Conference Meeting and Event services, Online Streaming, Town Hall Meetings, Satellite Broadcasting, and Video-On-Demand to any government agency.
